About This Project

Government-backed entitlement providing up to 2 years of paid reskilling for any worker displaced by automation, with income replacement at 80% of prior wages. Funded by automation levy (0.5% on labor cost savings from automation). Delivery: modular stackable credentials, sector-specific bootcamps, on-the-job training. Targeting: priority access for workers over 45 and those in most-disrupted sectors. Goal: reskill 30M workers/year globally by 2030.
